There are always situations in which workshops reach their limits - either because data or access authorizations are missing, because the vehicle is not yet included in the regular diagnostic software or the appropriate calibration panel is not yet available.

A Hella Gutmann technician can carry out a wide range of measures on customer vehicles remotely, i.e. 'remotely' - and on almost all brands and vehicle models. This saves the workshop valuable time and maintains its independence.

The only investment is the macsRemote hardware (VCI). The use of the services does not require any contractual commitment and simply works according to the pay-per-use principle. It couldn't be easier.

• macsRemote-VCI is connected to the vehicle via the OBD interface
• Registration takes place via the browser on the end device
• The vehicle and desired service are selected and commissioned after reviewing the costs
• Communication with the Hella Gutmann technician takes place while the service is being carried out
• Documentation and invoicing are final
